Dear Parents,
Today I received a letter from the HSE regarding the H1N1 vaccination programme for the school:
The clinic for vaccination will be open at MOSNEY RECEPTION CENTRE
Date: Friday, February 12 from 9.30am to 4pm
Parents can pick their children up anytime during school hours and drop back their child after the vaccination
Teachers will have the H1N1 forms available in the classroom for parents to pick up
Children having the vaccination after school can take their form with them
