Dave's Jungle
Dave brought his jungle to our school on Tuesday the 19th of January. We were so excited that he was coming back as we had seen Dave before when we were in 1st class. We were waiting all day to see him, we were the last class to go to the hall. Every lesson seemed to last for hours (even though it was only minutes!) Then finally the time came. First, Dave showed us a big snake called Orla. She was cool. We learned that she uses her tongue to smell. Dave said to us we could hold her and most of the class did, some of us were a little scared. Next, he showed us a tarantula. Then, the smaller dragon jumped off the table . Some of the girls started screaming. Dave showed us his dragon eating beatles. He also showed us a black scorpion, a crocodile (which we got to hold, just like a baby!) and an anaconda which was huge. Dave's jungle was EXCELLENT, we really enjoyed it and we hope he'll come back to our school soon.
